How do I create my club?

After you sign up, you'll be prompted to name your club and season. The first account becomes the club's admin/treasurer.

Can coaches use it too?

Yes. Admins can invite coaches, who get a limited view scoped to their own team (roster, balances, schedule, and raffle).

Does ClubDues process payments?

No. You record payments you've already collected (cash, check, Venmo, etc.). The app tracks balances and budgets — it never stores card or bank details.

How do I export my records?

Use the Export tab to download Excel, CSV, or PDF reports, or a full JSON backup.

How do I delete my account or data?

Email us and we'll remove your account and associated data.
